Dr. Brent Rutherford
Senior Consultant - Evaluation and Research Methods


Since joining the SPR team in 1982, Dr. Rutherford has provided advice in quantitative analysis, development of indices, and related methodological areas.  He has extensive experience in program and policy evaluation and analysis; formal and statistical models; data analysis and reduction methods; optimization and operations research applications; computer graphics; measurement of social behaviour and attitudes; and computer simulation and applications.
